It is up to you what photos you want to show in the Gallery section on your homepage.
You have a Photo Gallery page on your website, which you may or may not have populated with galleries of photos.
If you have, the featured image for each gallery will show on your homepage. Clicking the image will enlarge the photo and take you to the Photo Gallery page. There will also be a View more clickable link on the homepage.
You also have the option to display a selection of photos (an ‘Alternative Gallery’) on your homepage instead.
This is useful for giving visitors an instant visual overview of your Group or District. Or perhaps you don’t have many galleries yet and don’t want the homepage to look a bit bare.
Here’s what you do to display a selection of photos:
Go to your homepage and click on Edit Page at the top.
Click on Alternative Gallery Section in the Home Options list.
Toggle Enable Alternative Gallery to Yes.
Choose some photos from your Media Library and drop them in.
Click Update.
Refresh your homepage to view the gallery.
