At Scout Websites we have a team of Project Managers, Designers and Developers, working alongside our two Directors.
Many of our team members have experience volunteering outside of work with Scouts or Girlguiding - we understand your challanges (and can speak the same language!).
We have a tool that allows you to speak directly to us - online. When you’re within this Support Centre, you should be able to see a small green icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Simply click this, and you’ll see Ask for support. It’ll ask you a few details before connecting you to us.
Just to check we can’t instantly answer your question without you needing to contact us, our tool will quickly check through our guides, and through conversations we’ve had with other customers (using AI) to see if it can find your answer. If it finds the answer, it’ll offer you the chance to read it - you’re welcome to skip this and speak to us too.
