Your website comes with two forms already set up – a Contact Us form and a Join form.
The easiest way to create a new form is actually to duplicate one of these forms and amend it.
However, if you are using Gravity Forms to create a form from scratch, you will want it to look like the other forms on your site.
When you create a form, Gravity Forms will create a shortcode for you that you can just paste on the relevant page or article. However, it will not look like the ones we have created for you.
To ensure your form looks like all the others on your site, just use one of the following shortcodes.
NB make sure that you change the form ID. (You can see your form’s ID in the table when you click on Forms on your dashboard.)
